We offer referrals for mailing list acquisition or you can supply your own data in any form- even tiny scraps of paper, and we’ll transform it into an effective database. We utilize a variety of software programs to achieve the greatest postal discounts and delivery speeds possible. We will also manage and maintain your client lists so that you can get back to the business of doing your business while we do ours.
This is the one factor that will change with every piece you send out. Some of our clients know exactly what they want to mail, and that’s great! But if you’re not sure, call us and we can give you some ideas specific to your business. We also have generic pieces that come out about once a month and are related to holidays, special events or industry information. You don’t have to create any content, just order the piece, we’ll put your name on it, and you’re good to go!
The most successful direct mail marketers are those who send mail consistently over a long period of time. However, we understand that there are some scenarios in which only 1 or 2 mailings are necessary. We can help with this as well. We can create and print a piece for you, or you can give us ones you’ve already had designed and printed. We’ll do everything necessary to prepare the piece for mailing. Because we send thousands of pieces of mail every week, we get special bulk discounts from major mail carriers and pass those savings on to you.
