Getting Back Into the Swing of Things updated 10/09/2020

As an essential business, we have remained open throughout the past 7 months in order to meet the needs of our clients in other essential industries. However, we were working in a limited capacity because of the pandemic.

We are excited to announce that starting this week, we are getting back into the normal swing of things by:

• Extending our hours 9am - 4pm
• Expanding our mail date options. We now mail every day of the week, not just Tuesday and Friday.
• Bringing back live telephone support
• Updating our policies regarding turn times and proofs. Please read our updated policies here
• Continuing client pick up options on Tuesday and Friday
• Continuing client meetings via phone and Zoom

We cannot express how grateful we are to all of you for your continued support and business during this time. We are looking forward to finishing the year strong with each of you!

One Step Corona Cleanliness Policy updated 03/17/2020

As an essential business, we are committed to remaining open as long as the government allows so that we can best serve our clients during these turbulent times. However, our highest priority remains the health and safety of our clients and staff. Because of that, we implemented the following procedures to do our part to “flatten the curve.”

• Daily sanitizing equipment and high touch points in the office.
• Hand sanitizing stations throughout the office.
• Employees are regularly washing hands with hot water and soap for a minimum of 20 seconds
• Allowing non essential staff to work from home.
• Moving all client meetings to phone or online.
• Offering affordable shipping options to limit the need to pick up.
• Designating a single pick up spot at the front of the office, six feet away from staff.
• Ensuring that employees who become ill stay home.
