Customer Service Specialist
Located in Mission Viejo, One Step Services is a marketing solutions company that has been in business for almost 30 years. Our full service marketing team includes customer service representatives, graphic designers, data management, print fulfillment and direct mail finishing personnel.
Currently we are looking for customer service-oriented individuals to join our team and provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to all One Step Services clients whom may call or e-mail with questions, inquiries or may need assistance in using our products and services.
A member of our marketing team must be able to:
Customer service experience preferably in a high call volume, problem solving environment in previous work history is preferred. Our ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, an ability to work over the telephone, strong attention to detail, flexibility, be deadline-oriented, able to effectively problem solve on the spot and be capable of working in a demanding work environment. You must consider yourself to be “tech-savvy” when it comes to working with software programs, CRM systems, data management software, and online applications.
